Shipping policy

We are a well-stocked online and traditional bricks and mortar business.

We are 'Yes' people. If you want items quicker, please call and we will endeavour to make it happen!

Orders are dispatched and delivered in accordance to the shipping speed selected unless unforeseen delays occur. By default orders will be processed within 7 days. Multiple product purchases and larger fit outs are a little more tricky to co-ordinate and can take a few days longer (Please look at individual product delivery times).

Delivery time frames are based on the product with the longest delivery time frame.

Delivery is to the ground floor, however in most cases the driver is happy to delivery to a higher floor, provided that the building has a lift and the lift fits the product(s).

If you bulk order goods from us, TNT may deliver your items in crate. You can dispose of the crate as you like.

a. The delivery table and rates are ONLY applicable to the following metros:

i. Sydney 2000
ii. Newcastle 2300
iii. Canberra 2600
iv. Melbourne 3000
v. Brisbane 4000
vi. Gold coast 4217
vii. Adelaide 5000


b. Any postcode more than 50km from the above CBD – will incur additional delivery charges. Please contact customerservice@jasonl.com.au – if you would like to know these charges.

i. If you have already made your purchase, our customer service team may contact you to cover extra charges, that are applicable to your order. 


c. JasonL reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet the above requirements. 

Return Policy (general)

At JasonL, our policy is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with your furniture purchase within the first 14 days, we promise to refund you, less the price of shipping and handling (provided the product is undamaged and not custom built for you). 


NB. This can only occur if the furniture has NOT been assembled and is returned in its original packaging.

A full refund cannot be provided if:

1) Item is assembled.
2) Original packaging has been discarded.
3) Item is returned damaged.


If one of the above occurs, a restocking fee of 25% plus the return postage will be charged and deducted off the refund total.


*management reserves the right to refuse refunds.

Return Policy (chairs)

Single quantity orders of chairs are eligible for complete refunds including two way shipping.
