I am the Pluto Power Dome, one of the highest rated USB chargers on the market. Each port has an intelligent chip so two different devices can be plugged into the charger at the same time, delivering an optimum charge to each device. I am one of the few chargers that will charge all Samsung tablets, iPads and Android phones at the maximum rate. I charge an iPad four times faster than a standard PC USB port.
