3LANE Finance
3LANE Finance is a Sydney commercial finance brokerage that has helped business owners and property investors structure their lending since 2018. Its Marrickville team needed an office that could welcome clients and still carry focused, heads-down work. JasonL delivered a six-person Quadro bench with acoustic screens, Finch ergonomic seating, a Dune office pod for private calls, an executive corner office and planter-topped storage that brings greenery into the open plan.
Warm industrial, quietly focused
White-painted brick, terrazzo-flecked concrete and warm timber set a grounded, welcoming base, with black frames and a walnut feature wall adding definition. The open plan is built for heads-down work: a Quadro bench with charcoal acoustic screens and Finch seating keeps the team comfortable all day. Planter-topped storage brings in greenery, while the Dune pod gives private calls a quiet home. Behind the glass, textured upholstery adds a softer, client-ready feel. The result is an office that impresses clients and lets the team get on with the job.
