Measure-up, then a quote that's actually clear.

We come to you, measure the space and check the things that catch people out - lift access, door widths, where the power sits. Then you get one quote with furniture, delivery, install and clean-up on it. Line by line, no surprise extras at the end.

Layout and design, done for you. No charge.

Our designers turn the measure-up into a real layout - desk counts, circulation, storage, and the open-plan and collaborative zones Brisbane offices keep asking for. Acoustic booths too, because half of Queensland now wants somewhere quiet to take a call. It costs nothing and it's yours either way.

Delivery and install, booked as one job.

Our own trucks, our own installers, after-hours if your building needs it. Nobody hands you a delivery date and leaves you to find a fitter for it - the truck and the crew are the same booking, and everything lands built and in position.

Clean-up, so you get an office and not a tip.

Cartons, pallet wrap, offcuts and the old furniture if you want it gone - it leaves with us. You walk in the next morning to a finished office, not a reception full of flat-pack. Rather do the build yourselves and keep that money? Sorted, we'll quote delivery only.

An account manager who's still there afterwards.

One person owns your job from the first measure-up to the last desk, and you can ring them directly. They're still your contact when a castor needs replacing or you take on six more people next year. Most of our Queensland work is for people we've already worked with.

The consultant you meet in the showroom stays on your job through install - and is still the one who picks up when you call about next year's desks.
No decision on the day
You will not be asked to sign in the showroom. Brisbane plans four to six weeks out; we work to your timeline, not a sales month.
Not the right fit? We'll say so
If your project suits someone else better, or you'd be better off with delivery only and your own tools, you'll hear it from us. Cheaper for you, and we'd rather keep the relationship.

Where exactly is the Brisbane showroom?

728 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 - a few minutes from the CBD. Call the team on 1300 350 629 and we'll sort parking and a time that suits.

Who actually owns the job once I sign?

One account manager, named on your quote, from measure-up through to clean-up. Same person on the phone, same person co-ordinating the truck and the crew - and still your contact after install.

Am I going to get chased afterwards?

No. You get the layout and the quote, and then it's over to you. One follow-up to check you got everything, and after that we wait to hear from you - whether that's next week or next year.

We're not moving for another month or two. Too early?

Not at all. Four to six weeks out is when most Brisbane projects start, and earlier is easier for everyone. The measure-up takes about an hour and a layout follows a couple of days later.

Is there a minimum spend or project size?

No. Six desks or six hundred, same process and the same account manager. Need furniture only, or delivery without the install? Sorted - just say so up front.

What does it cost to have you plan it?

Nothing. The measure-up, the layout and the quote are free, and there's no obligation after. If we're not the right fit for your project, we'll say so - that's cheaper for everyone.
