A visit, a measure-up and a real plan. It takes about an hour of your time, and the plan is yours whatever you decide.

Someone from the Brisbane team walks the floor with you. Real dimensions, not the ones on the lease plan - plus the things that catch people out later: columns, door swings, where the power and data actually sit, and how the lift will handle a delivery.

Desks, meeting rooms, circulation. On paper.

Our designers turn the measure-up into a proper layout - desk positions, meeting rooms, storage, breakout, and the circulation space that makes the difference between an office that flows and one that doesn't. Acoustic booths too, because half of Queensland now wants somewhere quiet to take a call.

We plan for the headcount you're heading towards, not just the one you have. Where the extra desks go, what gets moved to make room, and what it costs when you get there - so hiring four people doesn't mean re-planning the floor.

No obligation and no deposit against it. Take the plan to your landlord, your board or another supplier if you want to - we'd rather you make the decision with real information. Most of our Queensland work is repeat work, and it usually starts here.

The visit, the measure-up and the layout come with no deposit and nothing owing if you go elsewhere. The plan is yours to keep and yours to shop around with.
Measured on site, not estimated
We won't design your floor off a lease plan and a headcount. Someone stands in the room with a tape measure first, because that's where the surprises are.
No decision on the day
You will not be asked to sign anything at the visit. Brisbane plans four to six weeks out; we work to your timeline, not a sales month.
Not the right fit? We'll say so
If the space needs a builder rather than furniture, or your project suits someone else better, you'll hear it from us. Cheaper for you, and we'd rather keep the relationship.
One follow-up, then it's your move
We send the plan, we check you received it, and then we wait. No weekly chasing, no pressure to book while the quote is "still valid".

Where exactly is the Brisbane showroom?

728 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 - a few minutes from the CBD. Call the team on 1300 350 629 and we'll sort parking and a time that suits.

Do I have to commit to get the plan?

No. There's no deposit and no obligation, and the plan is yours to keep whether you buy from us or not.

How long until I see the plan?

Usually a couple of business days after the visit for a straightforward floor, a little longer for multi-level or unusual spaces. You'll be told which when we're standing in the room.

We haven't signed the lease yet. Too early?

That's often the best time. A layout tells you whether the space actually holds your team before you commit to the lease - and we're happy to plan two options if you're deciding between floors.

Is there a minimum spend or project size?

No. Six desks or six hundred, same visit and the same plan. Need furniture only, or delivery without the install? Sorted - just say so up front.

Do I have to buy the furniture from you?

No. The plan is yours either way, and you're welcome to take it to another supplier. We'd rather be the ones who helped you get it right than the ones who wouldn't hand it over.
