Uplifting Solutions merges with JasonL
National commercial furniture supplier JasonL and Sydney based Uplifting Solutions today announced a business merger. JasonL will acquire the business and trading stock of Uplifting and merge existing Uplifting distribution and supply operations into the national distribution network of JasonL.
“Both Uplifting and JasonL have well established reputations as quality commercial furniture suppliers” said Jason Levin, Managing Director of JasonL.
“Over the past 20 years Uplifting Solutions has established a premium position as the Australian corporate supplier of choice for monitor arms, an important component of today’s agile office. The Uplifting premium monitor arm range is a natural extension of JasonL’s existing furniture range,“ said Mr Levin.
“Merging distribution and operations with JasonL’s established network provides many synergies and efficiencies for both companies” noted David Parker, Managing Director of Uplifting Solutions.
“We have known JasonL management for over 12 years and have always been impressed with their operational ability. Merging our operations leverages the strengths of both businesses,” said Mr Parker.
For both companies supply of products and services will be on a ‘business as usual’ basis, but with various enhancements including improved lead times, better operational support and diversified product ranges.
The expanded JasonL will provide a complete commercial fit-out solution covering the premium Uplifting market segment, and a mid-market range, as well as a pre-packaged home office range.
