Unlike most fitout companies, JasonL manages the entire process in-house: space planning, furniture selection, interior styling, delivery and installation. There are no freight markups, subcontracted install crews, or surprise costs. Every fitout includes a 10-year structural warranty and a single point of contact from brief to sign-off.
With Australian-held inventory, most fitouts are completed within 7–10 business days from sign-off — not the 10–12 weeks typical of the industry.

Do I need a designer?
Not always. For simple furniture swaps or single-room updates, our team can guide you through layout and selection directly. For bigger reconfigurations, a designer helps get the space planning right from the start.
What’s the cost of an office fitout?
Cost depends on team size, layout and furniture selection, so every fitout is different. What stays the same is the process - we scope it properly and give you a fixed price upfront, so there are no surprises down the track.
How long does an office fitout take?
Most JasonL fitouts are completed in under 10 days. Because we hold stock locally and manage the full process in-house, we avoid many of the delays commonly associated with traditional office fitouts.

Our office fitout process
From your first quote to final installation, JasonL makes your office fitout easier to plan, easier to manage and easier to move into.
STEP 01
Chat, quote and brief
We start with a quick chat about your team, your space, your budget and what you want your office to do better. From there, we recommend the right products, talk through your options and get a quote back quickly.
What happens after I get a quote?
Once you're happy with the quote, we move to site measurement and space planning. There's no obligation at the quote stage — most clients get two or three iterations before committing.
STEP 02
Measure, plan and design
We can visit your site, measure up and create a layout that suits the way your team works — workstations, meeting rooms, breakout areas, storage and shared spaces — with a focus on flow, comfort and everyday use.
Do I need an interior designer for an office fitout?
No. JasonL includes commercial space planning and interior styling as part of the fitout process. Our team handles layout, furniture selection, finishes and colour at no extra cost.
STEP 03
Furniture, styling and construction planning
Our team helps bring the workspace together through furniture selection, interior styling and layout support. For projects requiring construction, electrical or data work, we coordinate with local fitout partners.
Do I need to manage the trades myself?
No - JasonL stays your single point of contact throughout, even when construction, electrical or data cabling is involved. We coordinate with trusted local partners so you're not juggling multiple suppliers.
STEP 04
Delivery, installation and aftercare
Once approved, we coordinate furniture delivery and installation. If a fitout partner is involved, we work alongside them to ensure a smooth setup, then complete a final check before handover.
What support is available after installation?
JasonL provides a 10-year structural warranty on installed furniture and ongoing support for any adjustments, additions or repairs. Your account manager stays your contact post-installation.
