2. Consent to Collection, Use & Disclosure of Your Personal Information.
As described in our Privacy Policy, you must disclose certain Personally Identifiable Information to use our Site, register, and make purchases. As a condition of registering with our Site or making any purchases of any products and/or services, you represent that you have first read our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information as described in our Privacy Policy.

While JasonL takes reasonable steps to safeguard and to prevent unauthorised access to your personal information, we cannot be responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorised access, and we make no warranty, express, implied, or otherwise, that we will prevent unauthorized access to your private information.

3. Consent to our Communication with you by E-mail.
By establishing an account with us, and each time you make a purchase through our Site, you grant permission for JasonL to contact you at your e-mail address. To stop receiving our marketing emails follow the deregistration instructions in such marketing e-mails.

4. Conditions of Sale and Payment Terms.
To purchase any goods and/or services on our Site, you must be at least eighteen (18). By submitting payment information to us, such as credit card details, you agree that you authorize us to charge your card. All sales of products and services are final.

5. Methods of Payment, Credit Card Terms and Taxes.
All payments must be made by PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, direct deposit of funds into our nominated bank account, money order or bank cheques. Unless expressly set forth on the JasonL site, we do not accept any other payment methods. If we offer or accept any other form of payment, you hereby agree to all restrictions, terms and conditions associated with such additional form of payment. Your card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated card, and you must refer to that agreement and not this Terms of Use to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder.

JasonL uses the latest technology and software for its transactions with our customers, however JasonL will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

JasonL purchases include GST unless otherwise stated on a product listing.

6. Order Acceptance Policy.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. JasonL reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. JasonL further reserves the right any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Your order will be deemed accepted by JasonL upon shipment of products. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier.

7. Modifications to Prices or Payment Terms.
JasonL reserves the right, at any time, to change its prices and billing methods for products sold, effective immediately upon posting on the site or by e-mail delivery to you.

8. Price Comparisons, "Their Price" and "Our Price".
Price comparisons may be made throughout the site to indicate the relative savings amounts of our pricing. "THEIR PRICE" is the recommended retail price (RRP) provided to us by our suppliers. We make no representation that a substantial number of products have been sold or offered for sale at the RRP. Actual retail prices in your area may be substantially different. Because we sell our merchandise over the internet on a national basis, it is not possible to know if our merchandise is sold at the RRP in any particular location or at any particular time. "OUR PRICE" reflects the difference between our price and the supplier provided RRP shown on our sites. In no event shall JasonL or its directors or employees be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever arising out of this terms of use, the use of or inability to use any products, with the delay or inability to use the JasonL site or related services or the provision of or failure to provide products or services. Not with standing anything else in this terms of use or posted on the site, the maximum liability that JasonL shall have is limited to any amounts actually paid to JasonL by the end user. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays that shall not be the responsibility of JasonL.

• FlexiCommercial is a rental facility operated by Flexirent Capital Pty Ltd ABN 93 064 046 046 and is available to approved customers on selected products with a total retail value over $500 inc GST.
• Approval is subject to credit criteria qualification.
• JasonL and FlexiCommercial is under no obligation to sell the furniture.
• Always consult your accountant or tax advisor for advice on how renting can work for you.

Terms and Conditions for "$100 e-gift voucher" Competition

1. Every one hundredth subscriber to the online JasonL Newsletter will win one "$100 e-gift voucher". If you are a winner you will be notified by e-mail
