    We are a well-stocked online and traditional bricks and mortar business.

    We are 'Yes' people. If you want items quicker, please call and we will endeavour to make it happen!

    We do next day dispatch on 90% of all orders. Multiple product purchases and larger fit outs are a little more tricky to co-ordinate and can take a few days longer (Please look at individual product delivery times).

    Delivery time frames are based on the product with the longest delivery time frame.

    Delivery is to to the ground floor, however in most cases the driver is happy to delivery to a higher floor, provided that the building has a lift and the lift fits the product(s).

    Return Policy

    At JasonL, our policy is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with your chair purchase, we promise to refund you in full, including shipping both ways on all single chair purchases.

    NB. This can only occur if the furniture has NOT been assembled and is returned in its original packaging.

    A full refund cannot be provided if:

    1) Item is assembled.
    2) Original packaging has been discarded.
    3) Item is returned damaged.


    If one of the above occurs, a restocking fee of 25% plus the return postage will be charged and deducted off the refund total.

    Custom manufactured chairs generally take 5 business days to complete.

    Delivery time frames are based on the product with the longest delivery time frame. 

    All office chairs are delivered flat packed during business hours, unless assembly has been taken up. 

    Delivery is to occur to ground floor; in most cases the driver is happy to delivery to the floor

    Provided the building has a lift and the lift fits the products.

     

    Return policy

    Concerned around not being able to see, touch and sit on this chair?
    Not to worry! We have a flexible return policy on all our office chairs. This includes the shipping costs both ways. If you’re not happy with the purchase, simply return it within 14 days of receiving the items. No questions asked, no cost to you! 100% full refund.

    Free Shipping Policy

    Our Free Shipping is available for all orders specified with the Coupon Code for all order being shipped to the East Coast Metros Only, i.e. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, there can be exclusions, please call us on 1300 527 665 if we can offer Free Shipping to your area and the products you want to buy. We have the right to reject the Free Shipping promotion if the conditions are not met, including the minimum amount to be eligible for Free Shipping and / or the location you want delivery to.
