Objectives
Brief
The client needed to fit 100 employees into a new space. The call centre needed to accommodate approx 50 people with administration accommodating another 50. The call centre needed to be practical yet spacious, and most people in the administration team, required return desks. Partition were needed throughout the fitout to reduce noise and provide privacy, and all workstation required power and data, that was easily accessible and not too costly.
Process
The JasonL team worked with builders and the client to find a solution for both parties. The builders needed a solution that was within budget and the client needed a solution that could accommodate the different section of the business, and a bright and cheery working environment.
Solution
The JasonL team used their Litewall multi-configuration system to develop multiple benches for the office fit out. The Litewall bench sizes used were either a 6,8,10 or 12 person configuration, all divided by central partition screens. Some of the benches also required multiple return desks, with perpendicular partition screens to give management some privacy. The entire fit out was completed with stock standard product held in the JasonL warehouse - so the job was completed under budget and within the very tight lead time.
