Level 6 essentially signifies that a chair should be able to withstand extremely severe conditions of use, such as police stations, military installations, control rooms and use in heavy industry. The standards cover ergonomics, strength, durability, stability, flammability and safety. Jasonl chairs have formally agreed to maintain quality and to submit their products for regular auditing allowing full product quality and transparency.
What does factory direct mean ?
Our business model eliminates costs in the supply chain, by delivering products directly to the consumer from the factory. What does the 1 - 5 year guarantee mean ?
All JasonL Products are guaranteed for a period of one to five years against faulty workmanship and/or raw materials for normal office use - i.e. 8 working. This means that if there is any issue with the chair from normal office use we will simply replace the part or product.
What does the Australian made logo represent ?
The Australian made logo certifies that certain products of JasonL have been audited and passed the criteria. Allowing the use of the Australian made logo. The governing body of the Australian made logo is a not for profit organization that is designed to promote companies in Australia who manufacture to the highest quality while supporting Australian jobs. All JasonL products that have the Australian made logo on the product page have been audited and passed all the criteria set by the governing body.
